Furniture and Interior Design concepto for children’s hospital

The main objectives of the interior design project are to facilitate the navigation through the building, transmit tranquility to the patients and their families and create an Interior Design System (SIDI) to be repeated not only throughout this hospital but also in all of the children’s sections of the other hospitals managed by this business group. To achieve these objectives, the project is sustained by the premise that “the surface is the program”. The different surfaces throughout the project are codified in form and in their children themed graphics. This way, anyone can walk around in an intuitive way without being able to read. The curved surfaces accentuate the spatial continuity.
