The project starts from the embedding of a historical house to a hotel project with public spaces like a restaurant, bar and events hall. Following the original beginning of the house in which the programa is developed around a central courtyard, the project proposes the creation of two more yards to form a secuence of yards with different purposes. The first one, of the house, in which the restaurant and bar program is developed, the second yard that joins the events zone and is a space for events themselves. Finally a private yard around which the 24 hotel rooms are grouped. The volumes of the building are covered with an adaptive lattice that responds to the conditions of orientation and privacy of the building, creating a changing skin.
